To allow an ITtechniques consultant access to your computer

please follow the instructions below.

1. Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button to download the remote support application

needed.

2. Click "Run" on the first prompt.

3. Click "Run" on the second prompt.

Note: If you are not presented with the "Run" options, Save the file to your desktop

and double-click it to open it.

4. When a window like the one below appears on your screen, give the ID and

Password to the consultant assisting you.
